I hate my job.
I'm ready to quit.
I dislike my coworker.
I want to throttle her half of the time.
I should never have tried to 'make it' in the world.
They were all right. All of them.
I will not succeed.

Hey there, it is all right to hate the rest of the world - at least for a while, but try not to be so hard on yourself {{{{hugs}}}}

Now see you need to stop that nonsense. If you quit I know a teacher who can show you how to con your blog readers out of money and help you, well you get the gist.

Next time you get your co-worker coffee or something to drink drop a few drops of visine in and watch her run for the bathroom. You'll at least get a partial day without her.

Nonsense my new friend! Funny I should find you now. I was looking for your site after our talking. Still cracking up by the way over the duck head thing.( for anyone else reading you had to be there)

I'm starting back in my position tomorrow and am having a little anxiety tonight over it myself.

As far as jobs go, I say It isn't's the fit - that's what I think. Hang in there. If you're really miserable there are a ton of opportunities, we just have to find them. Best to you. :)

I'm assuming you are an MT, as I am too.

Have you thought about working for one of the nationals from home like Spheris, MedQuist, SoftScript, or Medware?

The very thought of going back in-house gives me the heebie-jeebies due to all of the office politics.

Good Luck! Hope you find a better job.

P.S. Try too.
